Eric Boelkins founded Edge Recruitment Solutions in 2007 with experience in academic counseling, institutional recruitment, fundraising, sales, and marketing. His commitment to relationship-building and listening to clients has long been a foundation for success. A former Associate Dean of Admissions and Major Planned Gifts Officer at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida for over a decade, Eric recruited students across the country. After 14 years in higher education, Eric founded an independent telecom agency that ultimately generated over 9,000 customer accounts, serving a large expatriate population scattered around the world. Eric is a former expatriate himself, having spent seven years living and working in Australia.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and a Master of Divinity degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. When he’s not working, he enjoys exercise, guitar, listening to music (adult oriented rock, Americana, alt country, R & B), following college athletics, reading, travel, and spending time with his Australian wife and daughters, ages 8 and 6. |
